Refund policy

Return Policy: You may return any item to us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds: A full refund is available for items returned within 14 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or denied.

Items Not Eligible for Refund : Items that have been used, altered or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure for Damaged Items : If you wish to return a damaged item, please contact us at contact@auraeyes.store. We'll give you a return address and ask you to send a photo of the damaged item so we can assess the damage.

Return shipping : Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
